== FPGA Configuration ==
There are three modes you can use to configure the FPGA:
1. Over USB using ChipWhisperer software. Requires reconfiguration on every power cycle.
2. Over JTAG from Xilinx software. Requires reconfiguration on every power cycle.
3. From on-board SPI-Flash on power-up.
These modes are selected by different FPGA mode switch settings. The mode switches are on the back-side of the PCB as shown here:
