Try running the automated test scripts at chipwhisperer/software/chipwhisperer/tests/. Example:
$ python chipwhisperer/software/chipwhisperer/tests/aescpaeattackscript.py $ python chipwhisperer/software/chipwhisperer/tests/descpaeattackscript.py $ python chipwhisperer/software/chipwhisperer/tests/glitchscript.py $ python chipwhisperer/software/chipwhisperer/tests/templateattackscript.py
They should all work out of the box with the Chipwhisper Lite hardware.
