An external programmer is needed for this target. The SAM4L has an internal bootloader you can use via an external ADuCM3029 supports a serial port, bootloader which is not yet supported directly enabled by pulling down the ChipWhispererPDIC pin on the CW308T. Details for using the serial bootloader can be found in the application note EE-Capture software381<ref>http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/application-notes/EE381v01.pdf</ref>. Single wire debug (SWD) is also supported for programming and debugging.
